Organizational Structure

The Organizational structure of the business constitutes as a sole proprietorship. The owner is fully responsible for the management and control of the business. At present owner is working full time for the business. The proprietor Mr. R.M. Samanpriya Niroshan functions as the CEO and looks after overall operations of the business.

The proprietor assisted by :-
Mr. Yohan Emon Surainayagam, the manager and responsible for marketing and sales of the business.
Mr. Damian Fernando, the Manager responsible for operation and procurement.
Mr. Nalin Liyanarachchi (Chartered Accountant) acts as a tax and financial consultant.
The corporate objective of the business is growth and adaptability. The duties and the links between personnel involved in the organization are structured in such a way that these objectives are achieved. It is a sole proprietorship business and its internal ultimate authority is the owner of the business. The Managers are held exclusively responsible for daily management. The main departments include Operation & Purchasing Department, Marketing & Sales Department, and Department of Finance
